Category Amount Payment Type A/c book entry Notes
Lighting (Other) £578 18s External Mr Barratt in full to the end of last Season Mr Barratt seems to have been paid purely for wax candles up to and including the 1791-92 season, then paid for oil and candles from the 1793-94 season onwards. Those dates would suggest that this payment was only for wax candles, yet its size suggests that it may have included the cost of oil, which perhaps Mr Barratt had begun supplying to Drury Lane in the 1791-92 season or earlier, but was only now being paid for.
Miscellaneous £320 External Mr. Holloway on Acct. of Rent Presumably a similar payment to that made on 14 February 1793, "Omitted 26th. Novr. 91. Mr. Holloway Rent of a Box for Season 1791/2", £150.
Printing £8 18s External Printers Bill to 16th. Inst.
