BD vol. 8, p. 408 states that the last mention of Mr Kemp, lampman, was on 28 May 1760, but he was also named thrice in the 1760-61 expenditure records for lamplighting, and the regular £1 12s 3d payments for "Lamps" in this and the following season probably went to him too. |

Wrexell |
Wrexell was on CG's music list this season. When paid separately, it was normally for playing the clarinet, but on those occasions he was paid 10s 6d, never the 5s paid here. Perhaps he had played some other additional musician on this occasion, but, because his regular salary was 5s per day, this payment has been interpreted as his due for his work in the band. |
