BD vol. 12, p. 155 does not give much information on Mr Price. But expense records 1746-47 suggest that he oversaw carpentry, painting, and general building work that season, partly or exclusively at Lincoln's Inn Fields. As such, these payments probably did not relate to scenes or machines, hence their categorisation here. |
